Immigration Blow

US-Mexico border crossing arrests reach record highs: Reports | US-Mexico Border News | Al Jazeera

The Haitian and Syrian community was dealt a lethal blow on June 25th 2026, when the Supreme Court decided 6-3 being the liberal 3 judges that the Trump Administration can now proceed to deporting a massive amount of Haitians refugees that are really here legally under the TPS (Temporary Protected Status) seeking Asylum.

These Supreme Court judges decided to end legal protections for migrants fleeing violence and natural disaster in Haiti and Syria, exposing hundreds of thousands more people to potential deportation. Lets be clear, Trillions are generated annually to the US economy. Immigrants generate approximately $1.7 trillion in annual economic activity within the U.S. and they gain nothing back at tax season.

These are the Supreme Court Judges that decided to side with the Trump Administration.

Their decision blocks lower court orders and allows the Department of Homeland Security to swiftly end temporary protected status, a program that protects a total of 1.3 million people from 17 countries, that focuses mainly on Haitian and Syrian immigrants. These are healthcare workers, Doctors, nurses, Engineers to name a few, people that have poured into their community and were promised by International law that they would be protected from the violence and inhumane conditions in their country that continues at this very moment.
