Gloria Steinem was a fighter for women and girls. She dedicated her life to advancing equality, reproductive freedom, and social and political justice — and she continued that work until the end.
As a journalist, feminist, author, and influential activist, Gloria helped bring national attention to issues that shaped the lives and freedom of generations of women.
We have lost a true SHEro, but the fight continues.
